Hello, my name is Charlotte. I am an independently licensed social worker and I'm passionate about helping young adults learn how to navigate life transitions. The majority of my practice focuses on teaching clients healthy coping skills, prioritize effective self care on a regular basis and navigate changing relationship dynamics with parents, friends and partners. I approach therapy first as a person and second as a therapist. Through my own experience as a client I recognize the importance of a calm and relaxed space to address vulnerable topics. Collaboration is key in the therapeutic process. We will work together to identify the goals and objectives appropriate for your individual needs and unique circumstances. My approach is holistic, addressing mental, physical and spiritual health. I received a Masters of Arts degree through the Greater Miami Valley Joint MASW program with Miami of Ohio and Wright State University. Earlier in my career I worked at the Area Agency on Aging as a Case Manager and then Supervisor. Sliding scale fees may be available upon request.
